The BURN Weight Loss 10 Meal Plan will provide you with two meals per day (lunch and dinner) for 5 days, Monday – Friday, for a 4 week period.
With an average of 450 calories per meal, our BURN Weight Loss Meal Plans offer healthy, nutritious food whilst maintaining a calorie deficit, to assist with fat loss. The meal variety contained within the plan will make the plan more sustainable and keep you on track to achieve your weight loss goal.
All meals are prepared fresh for you and will be delivered twice weekly, eliminating the need to freeze your meals!
